It is specially formulated and carefully balanced to provide the recommended daily intake of Folic Acid and Vitamin D. Directions for Use:

Two capsules daily with a main meal. Do not exceed recommended daily intake unless advised by a suitably qualified person. Pregnazon Complete should preferably be taken on a full stomach.
