Aluminum and magnesium are naturally occurring minerals. Aluminum Hydroxide  and Magnesium Hydroxide are antacids. Simethicone allows gas bubbles in the stomach and intestines to come together more easily, which allows for easier passage of gas.

Actonorm suspension is a combination medicine used to treat heartburn, acid indigestion, upset stomach, and bloating caused by gas. 

For patients with gastrointestinal disorders that respond favorably to the action of an antacid and / or antiflatulent. These include functional gastrointestinal disorders caused by aerofagia, bloating, overeating and drinking, food and beverage intolerance, or ingestion of certain therapeutic agents. It may be useful in the treatment of dyspepsia associated with pregnancy. Certain functional gastrointestinal disorders that may accompany organic gastrointestinal disorders such as esophagitis, diaphragmatic hernia, acute and chronic gastritis and peptic ulcer can be relieved with the administration of Ditopax. In these organic gastrointestinal disorders, may be administered concomitantly other specific medications prescribed. Has also proved effective in relieving gastrointestinal distress caused by the accumulation of gas.
