Building a Complete Testing Kit
A full testing setup needs three things: a meter, strips that match that specific meter range, and lancets for your lancing device. If you're new to testing, a starter kit is the simplest way to get everything at once, it includes the meter plus an initial supply of strips and lancets. Once that runs low, refill kits bundling 100 strips with 100 lancets are usually the most economical way to restock.

Getting Accurate Results
Always match strips to your specific meter model — they are not interchangeable across OneTouch ranges. Store strips in their sealed vial away from heat and humidity, use a fresh lancet for every test, and wash and dry hands before testing to avoid false readings from residue.
