Directions for Use:

• On training days: take 1 scoop of 30 g in 150 to 200 ml of water one hour before training then a scoop of 30 g just after training.
• On rest days: take 1 scoop of 30 g in 150 to 200 ml of water as a snack at 10 am or 4 pm in the evening before bedtime.
