Directions for Use:
Adults: Take 1 tablet daily with a meal. Warnings: Store between 15ºC and 25ºC, away from children. Folic acid therapy can mask a vitamin B12 deficiency. Consult a health care practitioner for your vitamin B12 needs. Always read and follow the label.
Ingredients:
Medicinal Ingredients: Folate (Folic acid) 1,000 mcg/1 mg Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Cellulose, dicalcium phosphate, modified cellulose gum, vegetable magnesium stearate. Contains no sugar, starch, gluten, lactose, artificial colours or flavours.
