Marnys B Complex Capsule, 60's

MARNYS ^® B -Complex is a soft gel capsule that combines all the B vitamins. Thiamine, riboflavin, niacin, pantothenic acid, vitamin B6, biotin, folic acid and vitamin B12. This product also contains vitamins C, E, thiamine (B1), riboflavin (B2), B, biotin, B12, and C. and niacin (nicotinamide), which helps maintain a normal nervous system*. Pantothenic acid contributes to normal intellectual functioning and helps reduce tiredness and fatigue.

Directions to Use:

Take one capsule daily, preferably before eating

Ingredients:

Sunflower Oil, Anhydroglucose, Partially Hydrolyzed Soybean Oil, Vitamin C, Soy Lecithin, Nicotinamide, Vitamin E, Calcium Pantothenate, Vitamin B6, Riboflavin, Thiamine, Folic Acid, Biotin, Vitamin B12.

Capsule shell: made of gelatin and glycerin with colorings (red iron oxide and black iron oxide) and water.
