Directions for Use:

Take 1 tablet 20 minutes before bedtime. No water is necessary. WARNING: Not intended for individuals under the age of 18 years. Consult a physician before using this product if taking medication, have any medical condition, are pregnant or lactating, have an autoimmune condition, or depressive disorder.
